Our loans satisfy a significant bridge loan financing need for our borrowers by allowing them the opportunity to acquire and renovate in many instances an unbankable and unlivable property, so that our client may either sell the property for profit or refinance and hold the property to rent and gain future appreciation. While we are willing to finance many types of properties, single family up to 4-unit (i.e. SFR and 2-4 units) residential non-owner occupied investment properties are the primary property type that we lend against.
